Things that bug me, today edition

I work on phones all day, and some people might find my tone to be terse and emotion deprived one thing that won’t say though is that I am not polite. I always identify myself and try to say nice pleasant things even after delivering information the end user might not like, I know bully for me for doing the bare minimum of my job. What I find annoying is when I call someone and they answer with What or Yeah. If I did that I am pretty sure that I would be reprimanded for my impropriety, but so many people just thing that sort of behavior is acceptable. Has the entire world gone mad, do people just need to be punched in the face more today, why is so so hard to pretend that you give a shit. I don’t care about lots of the complaints people have but by god I at least pretend that I do.
