things that bug me

As it turns out I have a strong allergic like reaction to most popular slang. I like to use expletives, that is true, but so much of modern language just irritates me. One phrase/word I have discovered an intense hatred for is bestie; which is short for best friend.Mayhaps its some form of latent misogyny, most people who use this phrase are women, and the types of women who use it in my exspriences are empty headed. I find the word to be loathsome and ugly.
