There is lazy and then there is the sort of lazy that I encounter every single day in the fucking elevators at work. If you search the local news papers you might find the Florida department of [name retracted] has recently had some trouble with the elevators trapping employees inside of them and injuring them. Yet it must be noted that the currently plague of laziness didn’t just crop up when three of the six elevators became inoperable, no it has been a constant staple of my tenure of state employment only now it is even more pronounced. I had always been amazed by the sort of person who would take an elevator from the first floor down to the second basement so they could go back to the second. God forbid these lazy assholes walk twelve fucking steps.
