I like Pokémon; I’ll make no bones about that. It’s a game that’s fun and dosent has graphic violence and explosions, just good old fashioned cute animals beating the shit out of each other and vague lessons about team work. So I got the new versions the other night and something that one of the characters said made me laugh, which was that “filling a pokedex is about coming of age.”
Now you might be thinking what the bloody fucking hell are you talking about old chap, and if you have never played the game you would be thinking that. I have played most irritations of the game and it amuses me that a character would say that because the main character in all the games seems to come of age by defeating a terrorist organization. To be young again.
